Funny Work Stuff

I have to tell you this story from work. One of our credit union reps wants to come to our building to talk about something (can't remember). Well when they sent us the flyer the location had on it, "Mausoleum". So we all made a big joke about MSDE's mausoleum.

Anyway, one of the supervisor's called this SECU rep laughing and made a few funny comments about MSDE's mausoleum. That we don't have one, etc. The rep said that Lorraine had told him that and she professed that that was not true. You have to know Lorraine, she is from South Baltimore, with the South Baltimore slang (zink, every think, etc....). So I'm laughing because I know exactly how the rep came up with it.... Lorraine kept saying, I never told him mausoleum I told him it's on the mezzaline! The mezzaline is what I said! I didn't have the nerve to intervene on this one especially since no one else said anything or caught it. Plus I was curious what the next flyer would look like. We did get the next flyer and it was correct so I guess the rep figured it out!
