September Vacation

Ok I finally got the photo's from the Outerbanks downloaded. Hey! Better late than never!


This is just as funny as the kid (I can't figure out how to rotate the picture)!








Remember, I'm on vacation so I'm not trying to look my best (lol). I finally learned how to use the timer on the camera so now I can get included in some pictures! Although I don't like this one.




Our favorite place to eat! We go there at least once each time we go to the Outerbanks. The awful arthur's oysters are great. Yummy!







I just missed the shot with this one. Cody was walking down the hall with his head practically in the Chex Mix and was bumping into stuff (almost tripping on the towel).





Our last night there at dinner (that timer thing sure is nice). The sunset behind us was beautiful. This shot was in a pavillion out a few feet in the bay (there's a small bar behind us).






Would post more photo's but it takes so darn long and it's time for me to go!

Rainy Weekend

Home Blurb:

We finally got a lot of rain over the weekend to make up for any drought we had. I'm posting some during the storm and after the storm pictures of the stream behind our house.

I know, I know.... I need to get some pictures from our vacation on here. Just never enough time to do everything. I need to do homework - that is priority at the moment!

Along Came a Spider *

Work Blurb: Mom and I stopped at Petsmart yesterday and I found this neat pet spider that's remote controlled. Oooh the fun I planned to have with this! I brought it to work today and scared all the women! B. threw her chair back and nearly jumped over L's desk and plowed poor L over meanwhile screaming "Oh Shit" while my boss had someone from the Superintendent's floor in his office! LOL. A good laugh. Then I had a some volunteers help set up P. We put the spider on her conference table while J. asked her to review a folder she was looking for - of course Mr. Spider came rolling towards her and off the table while P. went running out of her office and down the hallway! We thought she was going to jump over the handicapped lift. The rest of the women gave a good scream but not as dramatic. So my workday is complete and I'm tired from laughing. Oh, and the dog loves the toy - he barks and growls at it trying to chase it (meanwhile jumps up in the air because he doesn't like it by his feet).

Dan Blurb: I forgot to pack Dan sweatpants/shorts for work. Now he has to sleep in his underwear with Paul in the room and he's finding it hard to sleep (I think it's funny)! So now he can know what it's like to dream looking for clothes!

Home Blurb: I know, I need to get some vacation photo's on here (I think I'm going to make a scrapbook of all of our Outer Bank pictures). I also have some photo's from our friends Kim and Justin's wedding I may post too. We'll see. Although I do need to study for my management test tommorrow. I'll finally be getting my hair cut next week (can't wait I need it)!
